A French Feast at the Hotel Bel-Air’s Provencal Style Dinner

You are invited to another divine culinary event at the esteemed Los Angeles hot spot. The award-winning Hotel Bel-Air has orchestrated another fun-filled evening of fine food and wine. On Thursday, August 24, 2006 join Fred Brander– of the acclaimed Brander Vineyard in the Santa Ynez Valley—for a light, summery, Provencal-style meal on the front lawn at the Hotel Bel-Air. The Bouillabaise Dinner features a menu with exquisite French delights, from the hors d’Oeuvres of oysters, paired with outstanding Brander Sauvignon Blanc, to the California style “Grand Bouillabaisse” (a delicious twist on the Classic Marseille dish), paired with Brander Chateau Neuf du Pink. Other highlights include seared diver scallop rosini, heirloom tomato carpacio, black figs and Sonoma goat cheese, and Provencal Nougat glace with petit fours for dessert. Reception at 6:30 pm, dinner at 7 pm. $125.
