L’Avion To Fly Paris-New York: The New Low-Fare, All-Business Class Luxury Airline

It’s here. Joining the likes of Eos, Maxjet, and Silverjet, the new French carrier, L’Avion, debuts its transatlantic flights on December 28th. But unlike the other luxury airlines, which serve London and the East Coast, L’Avion is the first of its kind to link Paris and Newark. The promised perks? World-class French cuisine, of course, with multiple courses served as if in the finest Parisian restaurant. Accompanied by stellar French wines and award-winning Champagnes. Not to mention excellent entertainment and music on-demand. Take advantage of a special inaugural sale; the first 1,000 tickets reserved, starting December 1, will go for a mere EUR 1,000 roundtrip. Effective for travel until March 31, 2007.

are flights available in may from NY to Paris for a business ticket for less than $2,000.
If so, what is the best webaddress to purchase on line.
Right now the airline is offering a special sale with roundtrip tickets for EUR 1270 ($1,700). Available until the end of April 2007. You can book these rates on their website:

You may also want to check out a recent Gridskipper aricle about the airline, which suggests that perhaps “the ground experience is lacking”:

Would love to hear your impressions of L’avion.
Aweful service!!!
I became ill my day of flight (Sunday) and could not get an answer from the booking agent in NY or Paris. I was in hospital overnight with evidence. I was charged for a “no show” to get home and no one at the “customer care” e-mail service ever returned my repeated inquiries. This airline is a joke. No other would treat a sick customer that way!!
could someone tell me which terminal in Newark this fight arrives at
