Located in Yorkville, Toronto’s most culturally rich and exclusive neighborhood, The SkyLounge at the InterContinental Toronto Yorkville, announces a full outdoor grilling experience every Thursday from 6-10 pm. Recognized as Toronto’s Best Patio in 2007, the SkyLounge, led by “Ontario Hostelry Institutes Top 30 Under 30″ award winning Chef Joe Rabba, will feature such tapas inspired creations like Wild Boar Burger, Rosemary Skewered Lamb Chops and Peppercorn Crusted Grilled Pineapple spears. Designed to be about casual comfort food, with a menu to tease the senses, in sophisticated surroundings, the InterContinental Hotel’s SkyLounge is a space that lives up to its trendy surroundings. To complete the summer evening, signature beverages are also featured, whether its a classic or something more creative, there is sure to be something to please.
