Talk of the Town: The New Restaurant at the Sunset Marquis, Los Angeles
Hollywood’s posh Sunset Marquis Hotel and Villas, the hip favorite of the music industry, is planning to open a new restaurant, simply called RESTAURANT. At the helm will be 2-star Michelin rated chef Guillaume Burlion (he also holds 5 diamonds), a native of Paris, formerly of Patrick Lenôtre restaurant and the 2-star Michelin rated Les Ambassadeurs at the gorgeous Hotel de Crillon. This guy gets around– he’s also worked at Europa Restaurant in Palm Springs, Beaurivage in Malibu, Wild Boar in Nashville, the W Hotel in Waikiki, and Amanda Rise in Toyko. His plan for the Sunset Marquis Hotel and Villas is to create a signature menu highlighting his global experiences and championing California cuisine with mind-blowing “French California” dishes.
