Buzz: The Setai San Diego Will Open in December
Word on the street is that the The Setai San Diego, the stunning sister property to the South Beach great, is opening December 15th, after a long wait:
The Silk Road comes to the beach with the opening of this sleek glass tower done (like its cousin in Miami) with multi-culti panache: Brazilian walnut floors, Nepali carpets and Chinese silk drapery framing the views of the bay.
The New York Times ranks this debut up there with the InterContinental Montelucia, The Resort at Pelican Hill, the Hotel Shangri-La, and The Nines as one of the top seven new hotels in the West. And with the largest penthouse on the Left Coast, there’s little wonder it’s getting such media buzz.
