E-Butler Service at the St. Regis Grand Hotel Rome
When the St. Regis Grand Rome emerged from its meticulous $35 million restoration, the hotel immediately landed a spot on Condé Nast Traveler’s 2008 Gold List. The interiors are positively sumptuous; the Bottega Veneta Suite, for example, is furnished with pieces from the designer furniture collection. The St. Regis Grand Hotel certainly makes for a decadent Roman holiday, with palate-pleasing cuisine, to boot. Vivendo Restaurant has been awarded 2 forks by Gambero Rosso, 15/20 by the Espresso Guide, and “Best Food and Decor” for the fourth year running by Zagat. Best of all? The hotel’s new E-Butler service, where guests are given a wireless handheld device to e-mail their wishes straight to their very own personal butler from any location. Even the most discriminating travelers get a kick out of the hotel’s superb 24/7 butler service.
