The best happy hour spot in Chitown? High above the hustle and bustle of Michigan Avenue at The Terrace, the gorgeous al fresco spot at The Peninsula Chicago. Grab your friends and head to The Terrace for the “8 for $8 til 8″ promotion. Enjoy a choice of eight selections of cocktails and small plate appetizers (think Kung Pao bay scallops in a wonton cup) for $8 each until 8 pm, Monday- Thursday. The Terrace is located next to the hotel’s Shanghai Terrace restaurant.
