Over at Five Star Alliance we’ve unveiled to the world our first list of what we consider to be the world’s best golf resorts. We figured that we were recommending these hotels so often, we might as well publish a list of our favorites.

The Lodge at Sea Island
I agree The Lodge at Sea Island (I work there) it is constantly voted one of the best golf resorts if the the best Golf resort in many different publications
What about the Casa Palmero Hotel at Pebble Beach. This was the most excuisite boutique hotel I have ever scene. It is their highest level of luxury of all three of their resorts. Just across from the lodge nestled along the 1st, second, and thrid fairway of the famous pPbble Beach Golf Couse. It is attached to their would reknowned spa and the service was superb. We had a personla Butler there to take care of our every need. You can also use all the amenities and activites that the Lodge @ pebble Beach and the Inn at Spanish bay have to offer.

Fancourt is certainly one of the best golfresorts in the world.
How about the Lodge at Torrey Pines in La Jolla, California? This is where they held the 2008 US Open golf Tournament? They are only 18 minutes north of San Diego Airport~ They have been opened for 7 years and awarded AAA five diamonds each year for their consistant SERVICE.
Warm and friendly staff, comfortable surroundings for leisure or corporte events.
On the coast with two quaint seaside villages of Del Mar and La Jolla~ Two great golf cources (North & South with fabulous view of the pacific ocean. A must do for any traveler.
